RRB NTPC Notifications 2022
The details of the RRB NTPC 2022 exam notifications have been released on the official websites https://indianrailways.gov.in/of the Railway Recruitment Boards of the specific zones. The candidates should visit the official website of the specific RRB board of their zone for RRB NTPC’s latest updates and announcements on the exam.
The CBT 2 exams against CEN-01/2019 for RRB Guwahati which was earlier postponed have been rescheduled for Level 5 on 10th August 2022, Level 2 on 11th August 2022 and Level 3 on 12th August 2022.

RRB NTPC Exam Pattern
The RRB NTPC recruitment process includes the following stages:

RRB NTPC Exam Pattern: CBT-1
- · The authorities conduct the 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) for
screening the aspirants. - · The duration of the exam is 1.5 hours (90 minutes). For the PWD
candidates, the duration of the exam is 120 Minutes. - · There is a negative marking of 0.25 Marks for every wrong attempt
question. - · No marks are deducted if a question is left unanswered.

RRB NTPC Exam Pattern: CBT-2
- Ø The normalized score of RRB NTPC CBT-1 will be used for shortlisting the candidates for 2nd Stage CBT based on merit.
- Ø The level of difficulty of the questions in the exam varies depending on the levels of posts.
- Ø The duration of the exam is 1.5 Hrs (90 minutes).
- Ø There is a negative marking with 1/3 of the marks assigned to each question being deducted for every wrong answer.

6. RRB NTPC Eligibility
The details of the eligibility criteria set by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) are given below:
RRB NTPC Nationality
A candidate must belong to the following nationalities:
- An Indian citizen
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan
- A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 to permanently settle in India
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with to permanently settle in India.
RRB NTPC Age Limit
- The candidates who are applying for the Undergraduate Level posts (After Class XII) must be between 18 to 30 years of age.
- The candidates applying for Graduate level posts must be between 18 to 33 years of age.
- The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB) offers relaxation to the candidates belonging to the reserved categories as per the Government’s norm.

RRB NTPC Application Process
Please follow the steps to complete application process:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Indian Railways.
Step 2: Click the ‘Recruitments’ tab on the Home page.
Step 3: Select the RRB as per your state.
Step 4: The candidate will be directed to the official website of the
specific RRB of their state/zone.
Step 5: Click on the link ‘New Registration’.
Step 6: Choose the RRB Zone for which one is willing to apply.
Step 7: Enter your educational qualification details and the community you
belong to.
Step 8: Click on the ‘Check Availability’ button.
Step 9: Fill up the registration form by filling up details like Name, Date
of Birth, Aadhar Card, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Class 10th Details,
Mobile no. and the Email ID.
Step 10: Click on the ’Continue’ button.
Step 11: The candidate will receive an OTP on their registered email id and
mobile number on successful registration.
Step 12: Login and fill up the application form by entering the details
such as marks obtained in class 12th, community, gender, nationality,
religion, etc.
Step 13: Click on the “Save” button.
Step 14: Pay the application fee.
Step 15: Upload your photograph and signature as specified.
Step 16: Submit your application form.

The RRB NTPC Admit Card contains the following details about the candidate:

Here are the steps to download the RRB NTPC 2022 Admit Card:
1) Visit the official website of the respective RRB.
2) Click on the link ‘Admit Card’.
3) Enter the User ID (registration number) and password.
4) The RRB NTPC 2022 Admit Card will appear on your screen.
5) Download the admit card for future purposes.
RRB NTPC Result
The RRB NTPC result for CBT 1 exam was declared on January 15, 2022 by Railway Recruitment Board. The shortlisted aspirants of the CBT 1 exam will be gone through the RRB NTPC CBT 2 exam 2022.
RRB NTPC Selection Process
There are mainly five stages in the RRB NTPC selection process. The selection procedure for RRB NTPC 2022 exam is discussed below in detail:
Stage 1: Computer Based Test 1 (CBT-1)
The first stage of CBT is used for screening the candidates. In order to shortlist the applicants for the second stage CBT, the first stage marks will be normalized.
Stage 2: Computer Based Test 2 (CBT-2)
The candidates who clear the first stage of CBT will have to appear for the second stage of CBT. Candidates who pass the second stage CBT then have to appear for the skill exam for the positions they have applied for.
Stage 3: CBAT/Typing Test Skill Test
The candidates who have opted for Traffic Assistant and Station Master will have to appear for RRB NTPC CBAT. They need to secure a minimum T-Score of 42 marks to qualify.
The candidates who have applied for Junior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist and Senior Time Keeper will have to appear for this test.
The candidates should be able to type 30 words per minute (WPM) in English or 25 WPM in Hindi on a Personal Computer only without editing tools and spell check facility.
Stage 4: Document Verification
Candidates who clear the CBT-1 and CBT-1 and the Computer Based Aptitude Test and Typing Skill Test (where applicable) are called for Document Verification based on their merit. Selected individuals will be appointed if they pass the required Medical Fitness Test.
Stage 5: Medical Examination
The candidates must fulfil the prescribed Medical Standards for the post(s) for which they have applied. The applicants should refer to the medical standards for each post carefully as the candidates found medically unsuitable for the applied post(s) will not be given any alternative appointment.
RRB NTPC Cut-off
The cut-off for each phase of exam for RBI Grade -B exam 2022 will be released after the completion of each phase.
