Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is a central recruitment agency that conducts the RBI Assistant Exam every year for recruiting eligible candidates for the post of Assistant in various branches of the RBI across India. Aspirants get selected in two tier-prelims and mains. The official notification has been released for recruiting eligible candidates for 950 Assistant Posts on rbi.org.in. The details of the RBI Assistantnotification 2022 Exam have been released on the website – rbi.org.in on February 17, 2022. For the years 2021-22. As per the notification, the RBI Assistant2022 recruitment will fill in a total of 950 vacancies. The eligible candidates can apply from February 17, 2022,to March 08, 2022. The exam will be held on 8th May 2022.

RBI Assistant Eligibility

Given below are the eligibility guidelines as per the RBI.

Nationality

· Candidate should be a citizen of India

· The subject of Nepal or Bhutan

· Tibetan Refugee who came over to India prior to the 1st of January, 1962

· A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, East African Countries i.e. (Uganda, Ethiopia, Zambia, Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania) and/or Vietnam and Zaire with the intention of residing in India permanently.

Age Limit

· Minimum age limit- 20 years

· Maximum age limit- Not more than 28 years.

Educational Qualification

All the candidates who wish to appear for RBI AssistantRecruitment Exam must hold a bachelor’s degree with an aggregate of at least 50% of marks in any relevant discipline from any recognized university/ institute.

· Candidates must hold efficient knowledge of Computer Applications.

· Candidates must have knowledge and proficiency in the official language of the concerned state or union territory by the respective candidates.

RBI Assistant Application Process

RBI has started accepting the applications from 17th February 2022 and the last date will be 08th March 2022.

Under the important announcements, look for the RBI Assistant admit card link andclick on it.

Step 3:
A new window will open, enter the Registration Number and Password/ Date of Birth.

Step 4:
RBI Assistant Exam 2022 Admit Card will appear on your screen.

Candidates can download the admit card of RBI Assistant and save it for future purposes.

RBI ASSISTANT Selection Process 2022

The RBI Assistant selection process has the following stages:

1. Preliminary Exam: The exam will have three sections – Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability and English Language.

2. Mains Exam: The exam has five sections: Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Computer Knowledge and General Awareness.
